Request Account Deletion

Ride Andhra respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. You can request deletion of your Ride Andhra account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email to:

Email: help.rideandhra@gmail.com
Subject: Delete My Ride Andhra Account

In the email, please include:

Your registered phone number
Your name (optional)
A short message requesting account deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted

User profile information (name, phone number)
Account credentials
Saved locations
Ride history associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Transaction or ride records may be retained for up to 180 days if required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Accounting and audits

Deletion Timeline

Once your request is verified, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7–14 business days.
